John Biondo is a Partner at Stempel, Catterson, LoFrumento, Carlson, Biondo, LLP. John has exclusively practiced matrimonial law since his admission to the Bar in 2006, devoting his professional career to tirelessly working on behalf of his clients and navigating them through a tumultuous time in their life. He has skillfully handled all aspects of matrimonial and family law including, but not limited to, divorce, custody, parental access, support, equitable distribution, business valuations, modifications and enforcement issues, and the negotiation and preparation of separation agreements and stipulations of settlement.

John has represented, and assisted in the representation of, high net worth clients, addressing complex business valuations and marital estates. John has expertly negotiated and crafted comprehensive, detailed and complex settlement agreements.

John has assisted in the preparation of course materials for numerous lectures regarding matrimonial and family law for the New York State Bar Associations, Nassau Academy of Law, Suffolk Academy of Law, Nassau County Bar Association, the New York Judicial Institute and the New York Family Law American Inn of Court. John has also lectured for the New York Bar Association and American Inn of Court on matters of matrimonial and family law, as well as professional ethics.
