Elizabeth Diesa has devoted her legal career to the practice of matrimonial and family law on Long Island since 2003. She joined the esteemed firm of Tabat, Cohen & Blum as an associate attorney in 2004 and was named partner in 2008 in recognition of her exceptional legal astuteness and dedication to client advocacy. She subsequently became a member of the firm, which most recently operated as Tabat, Cohen, Blum, Yovino & Diesa, P.C., where she played an integral role in its continued success and reputation within the matrimonial law community. 

Over the course of more than two decades in practice, Ms. Diesa has represented clients in a wide range of complex matrimonial and family law matters. She has extensive trial and litigation experience in both the Supreme Court and Family Court, handling cases involving high-conflict custody disputes, equitable distribution of marital assets, business valuations, spousal and child support, post-judgment modifications, and enforcement proceedings. Widely respected by both the judiciary and her peers, Ms. Diesa is recognized for her tenacious advocacy, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. She is a seasoned attorney with a deep understanding of the legal, financial, and emotional complexities inherent in the practice of family law.
