Ashley Pulito earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law. While in law school, she interned with the Nassau County Courts Summer Internship Program and participated in the Mediation Law Clinic, gaining valuable experience in dispute resolution and courtroom practice. Since her admission to the New York State Bar, Ms. Pulito has devoted her career to matrimonial and family law and is well-versed in negotiating and settling complex financial matters, custody, support, equitable distribution, modification, and enforcement issues. Ms. Pulito is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association. Ms. Pulito was selected as a “Rising Star” in New York Family Law in “Super Lawyers” from 2021 through 2024 and has been voted a “Super Lawyer” since 2025.
